Further, your  medical care, at all times, and in all circumstances  remains the responsibility of the surgeon who performed your  surgery.

Only your surgeon can determine if outpatient recovery care is appropriate for your particular recovery needs. Therefore, you should check with your surgeon to determine if non-medical outpatient recovery care is suitable before booking with us.

 Your surgeon is the only party with authority to order and  perform post-operative medical treatment and he or she reserves the  right, alone, to order your hospitalization, if that is the level of care you require. You  further understand that your surgeon is the only party authorized to determine the level of post-operative care needed following your procedure,  including whether discharging you to a non-medical facility, such as Kinsley Healthcare  is appropriate. If you choose to receive care provided by Kinsley Healthcare, a non-medical service, you make that decision with the understanding that it is optional, out of convivence, and not medically related.
