Check In & Check Out Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 11 am. If you would like to check in early or check out late, there is a $75 surcharge and it is based upon availability. Please plan your flights accordingly or make early/late arrangements so we may accommodate your needs.
- Each stay requires a 3 night minimum
- Check-in time closes at 9:00 PM to be respectful to other possible recovering guest.
- We recommend checking in the day before surgery to get settled and ensure you are relaxed and ready for surgery day. If a guest checks in after surgery, they are not entitled to a bed until check-in time which is 3:00 PM. We make every effort to accommodate their needs, however, booked guests have access to their room un to 11:00 AM check-out time.
Payments & Cancellations
- A $350 non refundable deposit (deducted from your balance) is due at the time of booking to secure your space
- Deposits are valid for 1 year should you need to change your dates
- Your full balance is due 7 days prior to arrival date
- No changes can be made to your reservation once you check in. If you must depart early, you forfeit your deposit and all monies paid
- If you need to cancel your stay with us for any reason, please email us as we need the cancellation in writing.
- If your full balance is not paid within 7 days of check-in you must contact us to make a payment or your reservation will be canceled and you forfeit any monies paid. If we do not receive prior notice based on our cancellation policy you will forfeit your deposit or any monies paid.
